 About Ann Winston
The Dallas Fort Worth metroplex is home to Ann Winston. She is knowledgeable in many surrounding counties and communities. She has sold properties in Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, Hood, Erath, Somervell, and Johnson Counties since 1999.
As a child, Ann's family was transferred from North Dallas to Central America where she began her love for Spanish and the Latin American people and culture. After returning to the states, she attended Baylor University and majored in Spanish and Secondary Education. Upon graduation, she began her first career as a High School Spanish Teacher and Varsity Swim Coach. After 13 very rewarding years in the teaching profession she continued her love for learning and began studying real estate. Her career change to Real Estate was due to her desire to achieve similar success in a totally different area of business as well as have some flexibility for her young family. She began her real estate career in Southlake with the largest, fastest growing real estate brokerage in the US. Her first month in the real estate business she was awarded Sales Agent of the month for $992,000 in production her first 30 days in the business. In that very competitive market she claims to have learned real estate in the fast lane from the best in the business.
As a wife and mother of 3, she currently resides in Granbury where she is owner and broker of Winston Properties. She is a muti-million dollar producer, selling both residential and commercial properties while managing the 18 sales agents in her office. Ann's diverse work experiences, her ability to work with all people, her knowledge of the real estate market and her understanding of the value of a home and community for the family, make her an outstanding real estate broker. She cares about her clients and their needs and puts their best interests first. She works FOR her clients whenever and wherever that might be.
