"I guess you could say that God introduced Ann Winston to us because we know that if he wasn't involved then we would not be where we are today. I was looking for a house in Granbury because I was being transferred by the company I work for. I had found a few houses on the internet and was in the area looking at them but nothing seemed to fit the bill. I spoke with several different agents and never found anything that was "right". I had emailed Ann a few times and had set up a time to meet her to look at rental houses. After looking at many homes for rent, Ann asked why weren't looking to buy. Upon explaining my circumstances, Ann put me in contact with her mortgage guy, Tony McDaniel at Cendera Funding. Now I have spoken to with a lot of windbags in various finance departments through the years of wanting to buy various things, but Tony was not one of those types of people. Tony was sincere and straight forward with me. There was no beating around the bush or blowing smoke. There were a few hitches along the way because of my companies errors but these two people gave the shirt off of their backs to help us. Ann did the most extraordinarily unbelievable acts of giving to my family and myself. Being a first time homebuyer and being ignorant to the process both Ann and Tony were patient with my questions and answered them truthfully and guided me all the way until the end. Ann made this life changing opportunity so easy and so comfortable for us. I guess to sum this up, Ann made us feel welcome and showed us care, friendship and love that did not end at closing. She has continued to keep in touch with us, stopping by the house and leaving little surprises in the mail box. I would recommend Ann and Tony both to anyone looking to buy a house or even rent a house if you are not interested in buying.
